The ShoreTel IP480 is a professional business-class IP desk phone designed for compatible ShoreTel and Mitel MiVoice Connect telephone environments. It provides eight programmable call appearances, an easy-to-read backlit display, full-duplex speakerphone, integrated headset support and convenient access to commonly used business calling functions.
The integrated 10/100 Ethernet switch allows the phone and a connected computer to share a network connection. Power over Ethernet support allows the phone to receive power and network connectivity through a compatible PoE network connection, reducing the need for a separate power adapter.
The IP480 provides dedicated controls for transfer, conference, hold, call history, voicemail and directory functions along with five context-sensitive soft keys. It is well suited as a replacement or expansion phone for businesses maintaining compatible ShoreTel or Mitel telephone systems.
