Parts

All of the parts and miscellaneous items we sell have been tested in a working unit or working environment, then when needed it goes through a comprehensive diagnostic and/or inspection process to give you confidence in the part being sold, none of our parts go up for sale unless we would purchase it ourselves. All items come with a 30-day guarantee unless specified otherwise.

SSD hard drives

Solid State Drives (SSD) reads data 10 to 15 times faster than a standard platter based hard drive. We use NEWSSD drives in all of our computer products for increased performance, longevity and reliability.

Cleaning and Testing

Your item has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with extraordinary attention to detail. The extensive testing and diagnostics we perform on our computer products is intended to give you peace of mindwith your purchase.

Condition

Please note that used items will most likely have normal cosmetic wear such as scratches, minor wear, small stress lines or other minor cosmetic imperfections but does not interfere with the performance of the unit resulting in Grade A or B condision. Any item with cosmetic flaws greater than this will be mentioned in the description.

Warranty

All of our items maintain a 100% refund for the first 30 days as per the ebay agreement. Always feel free to contact us for any questions or concerns before returning the item.

Shipping

We ship your package within 1-2 business days of payment to your verified Paypal/Ebay Address, shortly afterward you will receive tracking information via email. Make sure both are up to date to avoid any confusion.

2.If you would like to use a shipper account number, pickup locally or expedite your packagethen please contact us.

3.Worldwide –We use the eBay’s Global Ship Programand the buyer must payactual shippingcosts using the least expensive carrier option chosen by us.

4.Our shipments are sent only to the address provided by the Ebay/PayPal shipping account. If you want to have the item shipped to a different address, please change your shipping address in Ebay/PayPal per their requirements. We’ll be happy to work with you when shipping Worldwide, but contact us prior to making the purchase.

Returns (RMA)

In the event of a return, make sure to have contacted us first and receive an RMA Number. Buyer pays return shipping! When packing the item for a return, avoid damage and use the box the item came in. Failure to pack it properly could void the warranty and any damage is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns are subject to 20% restock fee.
