Product Details

Bring wireless music streaming to an existing home stereo, receiver, amplifier or powered-speaker system with the Phorus PR5 Receiver. This compact audio adapter supports DTS Play‑Fi over dual-band Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth streaming and Apple AirPlay, giving you several ways to play music from compatible smartphones, tablets and computers. DTS Play‑Fi support allows the PR5 to operate by itself or as part of a compatible multi-room audio system. Its built-in Wolfson digital-to-analog converter provides clear stereo playback, while AAC and aptX support help deliver better Bluetooth audio quality. The PR5 connects to your existing audio equipment through its stereo 3.5mm output or the included RCA adapter. It does not contain a speaker or power amplifier.

This model supports the original Apple AirPlay protocol, not AirPlay 2.
