NEW GCX WIDE FLUSH UPS CHANNEL MOUNT FOR 5" TO 8" HOUSINGS (WM-0030-02D) SEALED BOX
Product Details

The GCX WM-0030-02D Wide Flush UPS Channel Mount is a heavy-duty mounting solution designed to secure critical uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) in medical environments. This commercial grade mount attaches directly to standard clinical wall channels and utility carts, keeping backup power systems safely restrained and off the floor.

Key Features and Device Compatibility
This specialized hardware is engineered to accommodate larger, expanded medical equipment enclosures. It specifically fits devices measuring between 5 to 8 inches (12.7 to 20.3 cm) in width, but it is not recommended for individual units that exceed a vertical height of 12 inches (30.5 cm). To prevent dangerous equipment slippage or shifting during transport, the mount combines an adjustable metallic side clamp mechanism with a high-strength hook-and-loop strap system that wraps tightly around the chassis.
Load Capacity and Physical Installation
Built for demanding clinical environments, the robust metal construction safely holds concentrated structural loads reaching up to 60 lbs (27.2 kg). The physical unit itself features a net product weight of 4.0 lbs (1.8 kg) and is designed to sit completely flush against standard medical wall channels or rear utility cart track profiles. This low-profile design helps preserve valuable floor and hallway workspace in crowded patient care areas.
Hospital-Grade Maintenance and Cleaning
The exterior surfaces are treated with a durable coating engineered to withstand frequent clinical sanitization protocols. It safely resists degradation from common healthcare disinfectants including diluted bleach compositions, ammonia preparations, and isopropyl alcohol wipes. However, facility staff must avoid applying harsh chemicals like acetone or trichloroethylene, and must never use abrasive steel wool pads, as these will permanently corrode the finish and void the manufacturer's warranty.
