The Honeywell Voyager 1400g is a corded 2D barcode scanner that speeds up checkout, inventory and data entry. Its area imager reads standard 1D barcodes plus 2D codes like QR codes, Data Matrix and PDF417 from any direction, so there is no need to line them up. It also reads barcodes on phone screens and many damaged or poorly printed labels. It plugs into a computer or point of sale system by USB and is powered by that connection, with no separate adapter needed. The durable design handles drops from about 5 feet, making it a good fit for retail, offices, warehouses and healthcare.
